Job summary

Toyota Financial Services UK is seeking a senior IT leader to direct UK-focused IT functions, including governance, projects/change delivery and operations. You will oversee BTS resources, foster strong internal/external partnerships and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced financial services environment.

Role requires extensive leadership experience, a track record in change delivery, and the ability to translate business needs into IT strategies while ensuring security and regulatory

Qualifications

• 10+ years in senior technology/IT leadership roles.
• Financial services background preferred.
• Proven track record in change delivery with governance oversight.
• Strong leadership and ability to shape and develop teams.
• Translate business objectives into effective IT plans and roadmaps.
• Experience managing third-party vendors/partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead UK-focused IT functions including Governance, Projects/Change Delivery & Operations.
• Oversee day-to-day BTS resources (people, finances, assets, vendors).
• Develop relationships with internal customers and external partners.
• Drive continuous improvement and adherence to governance and security standards.
• Support audit activities and remediation actions within agreed timelines.
