Job summary

JAM is seeking a senior UK immigration lawyer to lead client relationships for corporate accounts in the Greater London area. You will act as senior contact, guide strategy, and oversee service delivery with a high-touch approach, supported by technology and streamlined workflows.

You will mentor a team of immigration professionals, manage escalations, and advise on risk, timelines and best practices across jurisdictions, while ensuring billing accuracy and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Qualified UK immigration lawyer with substantial corporate advisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Own, develop and strengthen relationships with corporate clients, including senior HR leaders, Talent teams, founders and C-suite executives.
• Support the growth and retention of a portfolio of corporate clients, identifying opportunities to expand existing relationships and develop new business.
• Lead a high-performing team of immigration lawyers, supported by technology and streamlined workflows.
• Act as the senior client contact and escalation point, resolving complex immigration matters and service issues quickly.
• Lead client communications, including legal alerts and regional immigration updates, ensuring a high-quality service.
• Oversee and approve client billing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with billing guidelines.
• Take ownership of ongoing corporate accounts, ensuring high-touch client experience.
• Monitor active matters and workflows to meet SLAs and quality standards.
• Advise senior business stakeholders on immigration strategy, risk, timelines and best practice across jurisdictions.
