Qualifications

• Qualified and practising UK Immigration Lawyer with substantial corporate client experience.
• Experience advising on complex UK immigration matters.
• Senior leadership or managing lawyer experience.
• Proven track record mentoring a team.
• Strong relationship management with senior stakeholders.
• Commercial mindset with account growth experience.
• Understanding of law firm financials and billing processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive and technology-minded with interest in innovation.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop relationships with corporate clients including senior HR and C-suite.
• Grow and retain a portfolio, identifying expansion opportunities.
• Lead immigration lawyers team with technology-enabled workflows.
• Act as senior client contact, resolving complex matters quickly.
• Lead client communications and distribute updates.
• Oversee client billing and ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Monitor SLAs and ensure timely delivery.
• Advise senior stakeholders on immigration strategy and risk across jurisdictions.
