Job summary

JAM Recruitment Ltd is seeking a UK Immigration Partner in Newcastle upon Tyne. This leadership role combines first-class UK immigration law expertise with strategic client relationship management and commercial development in a hybrid work setting.

You will own client relationships, grow a portfolio of corporate clients and lead a team of immigration lawyers, delivering high-quality service and timely updates to clients.

Qualifications

• Qualified UK immigration lawyer with substantial corporate immigration experience.
• Experience advising corporate clients on complex UK immigration matters.
• Proven leadership or managing lawyer experience.
• Strong client relationship management and commercial focus.

Responsibilities

• Own and strengthen relationships with corporate clients, including senior HR leaders and C-suite executives.
• Support growth and retention of corporate client portfolio, identifying expansion opportunities.
• Lead a team of immigration lawyers, supported by technology and workflows.
• Act as senior client contact resolving complex immigration matters and service issues.
• Oversee client billing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with guidelines.
• Advise senior stakeholders on immigration strategy and timelines across jurisdictions.
