Job summary

Qualifications

• Qualified and practising UK Immigration Lawyer with substantial experience advising corporate clients on complex UK immigration matters.
• Experience operating in a senior leadership or managing lawyer capacity.
• Proven track record of leading, mentoring and developing a team of immigration professionals.
• Strong experience managing senior-level client relationships, including escalations and complex issues.

Responsibilities

• Own, develop and strengthen relationships with corporate clients, including senior HR leaders, Talent teams, founders and C-suite executives.
• Support the growth and retention of a portfolio of corporate clients, identifying opportunities to expand existing relationships and develop new business.
• Lead client communications, including the preparation and distribution of legal alerts and updates.
• Oversee client billing, ensuring accuracy and transparency in line with guidelines.
• Take ownership of ongoing corporate accounts, maintaining high-touch client experience.
• Monitor active matters and workflows to ensure SLAs and quality standards are met.
• Advise senior business stakeholders on immigration strategy, risk, timelines and best practice across jurisdictions.
