Job summary

JAM is seeking a qualified UK Immigration Lawyer to lead and manage a portfolio of strategic corporate immigration matters. You will act as the senior client contact, guiding complex matters, developing client relationships and driving account growth.

You will oversee a high-performing team, work with advanced technology and ensure delivery within SLAs while maintaining high-quality service and compliant billing practices.

Qualifications

• Qualified and practising UK Immigration Lawyer with substantial corporate advisory experience.
• Experience advising corporate clients on complex UK immigration matters.
• Senior leadership or managing lawyer experience with ability to influence stakeholders.
• Proven track record mentoring and developing a team of immigration professionals.
• Strong experience managing senior-level client relationships and escalations.
• Commercially minded with ability to develop and retain corporate client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Own and strengthen relationships with corporate clients, including senior HR leaders, Talent teams, founders and C-suite executives.
• Support growth and retention of a portfolio of corporate clients, identifying opportunities to expand existing relationships and develop new business.
• Lead a team of immigration lawyers, supported by technology and streamlined workflows.
• Act as senior client contact and escalation point, resolving complex immigration matters quickly and effectively.
• Lead client communications including legal alerts and immigration updates, ensuring high-quality service.
• Oversee client billing for accuracy, transparency and compliance with guidelines.
• Take ownership of ongoing corporate accounts for a high-touch client experience.
• Monitor matters and SLAs to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
• Advise senior stakeholders on immigration strategy, risk, timelines and best practices.
