JAM in Leeds seeks a qualified UK Immigration Lawyer in a high-visibility leadership role, combining first-class immigration expertise with strategic client relationship management, commercial development and strong operational leadership.

You will own key corporate accounts, advise senior stakeholders, lead a team of immigration lawyers, and drive growth through exceptional service delivery and innovative use of technology.

Qualifications

Qualified UK Immigration Lawyer with substantial corporate experience.
Experience advising corporate clients on complex UK immigration matters.
Experience in senior/leadership role with ability to influence stakeholders.
Commercial acumen with client relationship and account growth focus.

Responsibilities

Own, develop and strengthen relationships with corporate clients, including senior HR leaders, Talent teams, founders and C-suite executives.
Identify opportunities to grow existing relationships and develop new business.
Work with a team of immigration lawyers supported by technology and streamlined workflows.
Act as senior client contact and escalation point for complex immigration matters and service issues.
Lead client communications and distribute legal alerts and updates.
Oversee client billing for accuracy and transparency.
Take ownership of ongoing corporate accounts and ensure high-touch service.
Monitor matters to ensure SLA and quality standards.
Advise senior business stakeholders on immigration strategy and risk.
