Job summary

JAM Recruitment Ltd seeks a UK Immigration Partner in the UK (London) to lead corporate immigration matters, nurture strategic client relationships and manage senior stakeholders across HR, Talent and executives. This is a hybrid, permanent leadership role combining technical immigration expertise with commercial development and operational oversight.

The successful candidate will drive growth, mentor a team of immigration professionals and ensure delivery in line with SLAs and billing

Qualifications

• Qualified UK Immigration Lawyer with substantial corporate-immigration experience.
• Experience advising corporate clients and leading teams.
• Proven ability to manage senior client relationships and escalations.

Responsibilities

• Own, develop and strengthen relationships with corporate clients, including senior HR leaders, Talent teams, founders and C-suite executives.
• Support growth and retention of a portfolio of corporate clients, identifying opportunities to expand relationships and develop new business.
• Work with a high-performing team of immigration lawyers, supported by technology and streamlined workflows.
• Act as senior client contact and escalation point, resolving complex immigration matters and service issues.
• Lead client communications, including legal alerts, updates and developments, ensuring high-quality service.
• Oversee and approve client billing, ensuring accuracy and transparency.
• Take ownership of ongoing corporate accounts, ensuring strong relationships and high-touch service.
• Monitor active matters and workflows to meet SLAs and quality standards.
• Advise senior business stakeholders on immigration strategy, risk, timelines and best practice.
