JAM, a leading UK immigration practice, in Newcastle Upon Tyne (Hybrid) seeks a qualified UK Immigration Lawyer to lead strategic client relationships and manage complex corporate immigration matters.

The role involves developing business with senior HR and C-level clients, mentoring a team of immigration lawyers, and delivering high-quality, technology-driven service with transparent billing and strong governance.

Qualifications

Qualified UK Immigration Lawyer with substantial corporate immigration experience.
Experience advising corporate clients on complex UK immigration matters.
Proven leadership or managing lawyer experience with client and internal stakeholdes.

Responsibilities

Own and deepen relationships with corporate clients and senior HR leaders.
Support growth and retention of a portfolio of corporate clients.
Lead a team of immigration lawyers with tech-enabled workflows.
Serve as senior client contact and escalation point for complex matters.
Lead client communications including legal alerts and updates.
Oversee client billing, ensuring accuracy and transparency.
Own ongoing corporate accounts and ensure high-touch client experience.
Monitor matters and SLAs to ensure timely delivery and quality.
Advise senior stakeholders on immigration strategy and risk across jurisdictions.
