Job summary

Deskbird is seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to drive growth in the UK and Ireland from our London hub. This hybrid role blends strategic outreach with hands-on account development to build a robust pipeline across the UKI market.

You will collaborate with Demand Gen and Sales to shape regional growth, execute outbound programs, and partner with Account Executives to close deals in a fast-moving SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• One year of sales experience is ideal.
• Native British English is required.
• You are proactive, competitive, and can engage senior stakeholders.
• You are growth-oriented and move fast.

Responsibilities

• Execute outbound strategies across the UKI market (calls, email, LinkedIn).
• Identify and break into high-value accounts with tailored, relevant messaging.
• Create pipeline that converts, not just volume that looks good on dashboards.
• Partner closely with AEs on account strategy to win deals, not just pass leads.
• Experiment constantly: test messaging, channels, and approaches to improve performance.
• Contribute to shaping how outbound is done at deskbird as we scale.
