The HR Transformation opportunity

The HR Transformation team is expanding. We focus on partnering with clients to shape and navigate their People agendas, building functions that are business-focused, cost-effective, and agile by reimagining how HR can meet stakeholder needs. A strategic People function that looks beyond HR operations to drive value back to the business is key.

Our HR Reimagined advisory team offers strategic HR services, from strategy to value-added delivery through HR experience design. We seek new team members with fresh perspectives on HR strategy, experience in designing future-ready HR functions, and leveraging technology to enhance client experiences. Candidates should be able to guide, challenge, and shape client thinking to deliver bespoke and optimized HR functions that serve the business, employee experience, and technology.

As part of our HR Reimagined team, you will work with talented professionals to reimagine the HR function of the future, creating solutions tailored to each client’s strategic ambitions, avoiding a ‘one size fits all’ approach.

Being successful as a Manager

We seek dynamic individuals who can demonstrate real impact within organizations to help transform some of the world’s most respected private and public sector entities. You will build on your experience across HR components, including HR Operating and Service Delivery Models, Future of HR, HR Capabilities development, and HR Strategy.

Successful candidates will demonstrate:

  • Experience leading HR transformation workstreams supporting future HR Operating models
  • Management of HR organization design, creating HR Operating Models that deploy the right skills at the right time, enabled by smart technologies to support business outcomes
  • Management of junior resources to deliver end-to-end process documentation, design, and facilitation of process workshops
  • Experience in HR and HR Service Delivery Transformation, focusing on operational change and capability innovation
  • Development of insights around HR Shared Services, GBS, or Outsourcing strategies, business cases for HR transformation
  • Understanding of HR capability building, reskilling, training, or job definition for career development
  • Preparation of materials for client workshops on HR Operating Models and Service Delivery, including process mapping
  • Experience working on projects across various industry sectors
  • Developing implementation roadmaps, risk mitigation, governance plans, and managing project reporting
  • Analytical skills to solve complex business problems with evidence-based approaches
