Adyen London is seeking an experienced leader to join our London office as the Manager Enterprise Account Management UK. You will oversee a team of Team Leads and, where applicable, Senior Account Managers, translating market vision into milestones and guiding mid-term portfolio growth.

You will mentor people managers into senior commercial leaders, ensuring enterprise merchants receive localized, vertical-specific expertise to unlock value on Adyen's platform.

Qualifications

• Experience as a second-level manager leading managers.
• Deep payments industry knowledge for large enterprise merchants.
• Proven ability to set mid-term plans and drive pipeline.
• Strong negotiation and deal framing skills.

Responsabilités

• Deliver 12–18 month commercial targets for Enterprise portfolio.
• Upskill Team Leads and DAMs into senior leaders.
• Build trust with high-value enterprise contacts.
• Lead initiatives to streamline workflows and scale account management.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Tech and Marketing.
