Job summary

Adyen is seeking an experienced leader to join our UK Account Management team in London. You will build, mentor and coach a team responsible for growing strategic relationships and payments revenue with Unified Commerce customers.

You’ll streamline operations, engage with executives at all levels, and shape go-to-market strategies. The role demands 7+ years in account management, 3+ years leading teams, and strong English communication in a fast-paced, enterprise environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in managing teams and building executive level enterprise relationships.
• 7+ years experience in account management, business development, consulting, or related field.
• Experience in enterprise payments and financial services and/or Retail, F&B or hospitality environment.
• Full professional proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Drive commercial growth by advising and strategizing for your team to increase share of wallet and upsell with merchants.
• Set clear goals for revenue growth and report performance to executives.
• Create an inspiring, collaborative environment with open feedback and training needs assessment.
• Provide coaching in strategic account planning, contract negotiations, product roadmap discussions, and executive engagement.
• Influence and implement Adyen's global payments strategy across enterprise clients.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to capture merchant needs and feedback for product innovation.
• Serve as a knowledge source for the account management team and other departments.
• Foster a positive working environment and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
