Adyen is seeking an experienced leader to join the Account Management team in London. You will build, mentor, and coach a team responsible for growing strategic relationships and payments revenue with Unified Commerce customers.

You will streamline team operations, foster collaboration, and engage with executives at all levels, driving revenue growth and cross-functional alignment. This role requires travel and an office-based setup in London.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in managing teams and building executive level enterprise relationships.
• 7+ years experience in account management, business development, consulting, or a related field.
• Experience in enterprise payments and financial services and/or working within a Retail, F&B or hospitality environment.
• Full professional proficiency in English.

Responsabilités

• Drive commercial growth by advising team on best practices to increase share of wallet and upsell/cross-sell.
• Set clear goals and report performance metrics at an executive level.
• Create an inspiring, collaborative environment with open feedback and training needs.
• Coach in strategic account planning, contract negotiations, product roadmap discussions, and executive engagement.
• Provide strategic advice to influence and fulfill the global payments strategy for enterprise clients.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to communicate merchant needs and feedback for product development.
• Serve as a thought leader and knowledge source for the account management team and other departments.
• Foster a positive working environment and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
