Responsibilities include lease contracts, budget control, inventory management, and coordinating customer-facing activities while upholding 6S standards and company procedures.

Responsibilities

• Branch construction, including lease contract signing, expense budget preparation, expenditure control, invoice sorting and reimbursement
• Communication and implementation of branch management systems and compliance requirements; 6S on-site management; asset inventory and equipment inspection
• Receiving, shipping, and counting machine and spare parts; ensure inventory and book-inventory consistency
• Reception of customers and external parties; daily interaction with landlords and partners
