• Branch construction, including lease contract signing, expense budget preparation, expenditure control, invoice sorting and reimbursement
• Communication and implementation of branch management systems and compliance requirements; 6S on-site management; asset inventory and equipment inspection
• Receiving, shipping, and counting machine and spare parts; ensure inventory and book-inventory consistency
• Reception of customers and external parties; daily interaction with landlords and partners

Responsibilities

① Branch construction, including lease contract signing, expense budget preparation, expenditure control, invoice sorting and reimbursement;

② Communication, implementation, and self-inspection of company branch management systems and compliance requirements, branch 6S on-site management; branch office asset inventory and facility equipment inspection and repair reporting;

③ Machine/spare parts receiving, shipping, inventory counting, and checking inventory operation standardization and book-inventory consistency;

④ Reception of customers and external parties, daily interaction with landlords and partners
