Job summary

WeMaintain is recruiting a Branch Manager in London to lead service delivery and operations across multiple UK locations. You will be the senior on-site leader, shaping strategy with the Managing Director, and driving engineering routes, contractor management, and regulatory compliance to ensure high-quality maintenance services.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of the lift & escalator industry.
• Experience managing a 20+ person field organisation.
• Proven track record meeting SLAs in a high-pressure or regulated market.

Responsibilities

• Service Delivery & Quality: manage customer service queries, adapt routes, monitor dashboards, ensure regulatory compliance.
• Team Management: lead onboarding, upskill teams, evolve field applications and IoT capabilities, run town-hall meetings.
• Customer Success: maintain clear client communication on shutdowns, onboarding, billing, and proposals.
• Financial: manage operations to meet annual budget, overseeing spare parts purchase and cross-selling with sales.
