Job summary

Dust is hiring its first dedicated BDR for the UK market, based in London. You will build and own outbound pipeline from day one, targeting UK enterprise buyers with high-volume outreach across email, LinkedIn, and calls.

This is a net-new role designed to unlock the UK market and provide a direct path to an AE. You will drive event presence, follow-up with speed, and partner with AEs to move early-stage deals.

Qualifications

• BDR experience with outbound pipeline generation.
• Ability to hold credible conversations with senior buyers.
• Strong metrics mindset: pipeline velocity and conversions.
• Fluency with AI tools for researching accounts and personalising outreach.

Responsibilities

• Own outbound pipeline generation for UK market.
• Represent Dust at UK events and convert conversations into pipeline.
• Support AEs with follow-up to move deals forward.
• Develop UK market and product knowledge to tailor outreach.
• Iterate on playbooks and use data to improve results.
