Job summary

OpenSesame is seeking a driven Sales Development Representative in the United Kingdom to fuel outbound growth for our AI-powered learning marketplace. You will work closely with Account Executives to design multi-channel campaigns that engage HR, L&D, and talent leaders globally.

You’ll use Gong Engage, Qualified, ZoomInfo Co-pilot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ChatGPT Enterprise to craft personalized, data-informed outreach.

• Comfortable with AI-assisted workflows and sales tools.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute outbound prospecting campaigns to create qualified conversations with HR, Learning, and Talent leaders.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to build territory plans and strategic account lists.
• Balance automation with authentic outreach across multiple channels.
• Maintain records of prospecting activity in Salesforce and use analytics to improve performance.
• Achieve ramp goals for meetings set and pipeline influence.
