Mollie in the United Kingdom seeks a Junior Account Executive to drive the full sales cycle, identifying and engaging high-potential UK businesses and advancing Mollie’s mission to simplify payments for merchants. You will join a high-velocity team, owning the pipeline and contributing to revenue growth.

You will work across outbound channels, conduct discovery calls, and negotiate to close, collaborating with Marketing, Product and Onboarding to ensure customer success.

Formación

• Experience in full-cycle outbound sales within the UK market.
• Track record of hitting and exceeding targets in a fast-paced environment.
• Mastery of multi-channel prospecting (email, phone, social selling).
• Experience with CRM systems and sales tools such as Salesforce, Bigmind, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills to convert prospects into customers.
• Curiosity and willingness to learn in a fast-evolving tech industry.

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close in the UK market.
