Responsibilities

• Be the primary day-to-day interface for assigned account partners in the UK.
• Carry out contract reviews on orders and process them within SAP.
• Progress and expedite orders and process requests for quotations.
• Process customer returns and investigate credit/debit requests.
• Conduct regular reviews to discuss on-time delivery, backlog, and support issues.
• Review, action, and issue order-related reports.
• Follow TESOG policies and procedures.
• Proactively perform quote follow-up activities.
