Job summary

TE Connectivity is seeking a Customer Service professional to be the main day-to-day interface for UK account partners, handling order processing, quotations, returns, and credit/debit inquiries. You will work within SAP and collaborate with sales and support functions to optimise on-time delivery.

Applicants should have strong communication skills, be organised under pressure, and comfortable using Outlook, Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary day-to-day interface for UK account partners.
• Carry out contract reviews on orders and process them in SAP.
• Progress and expedite orders as requested.
• Process requests for quotations.
• Handle customer returns and credit/debit requests.
• Review reports and discuss OTD and backlog with accounts.
