Job summary

TE Connectivity in Hastings is seeking a customer-focused Customer Service Representative to be the main contact for customers, supporting them through the order process and ensuring an outstanding experience.

In this role you will work with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance and internal teams to resolve queries, manage orders, and build strong customer relationships in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service or customer support experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications.
• SAP experience is an advantage but not essential.
• Experience working with continuous improvement or Lean principles is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer orders, changes, and enquiries.
• Provide updates on order status, deliveries, and products.
• Process quotations and returns.
• Resolve customer issues and identify effective solutions.
• Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Work with Account Managers to support customer needs.
• Monitor customer backlogs and support on-time delivery performance.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance the customer experience.
