Tradebe Environmental Services is seeking a Customer Support Advisor in the UK to deliver friendly, professional service to customers throughout the order-to-cash lifecycle. You will liaise with Sales, Operations and Finance to ensure clear communication and timely responses, while handling inquiries, quotes, NCRs, and invoice queries in SAP.

Qualifications

• Experience working as one team across multiple telephony channels.
• Detailed communications with customers via Telephone, Email, Live Chat, and written correspondence.

Responsabilités

• Providing outstanding support to customers through end-to-end order-to-cash lifecycle from inquiry to invoicing.
• Maintaining excellent communication with Sales, Operations and Finance, keeping customers informed by email and phone.
• Managing inquiry management, sales order creation, complete NCRs, invoice queries, and recording complaints accurately in SAP.
• Being the internal buddy for the sales team to ensure a great customer experience from start to finish.
