Qualifications

• Proven ability to work closely with the branch team and lead by example.
• Must have a full UK driving license.
• Ensuring compliance with Company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all operations and staff management.
• Ensure branch budget and targets are achieved.
• Manage customer enquiries in person, over the phone, and online.
• Monitor and manage stock levels.
• Hands-on workshop role when required.
• Interview, induct, and engage all new staff.
