An educational institution in Maidstone is looking to hire a part-time Tutor for Hair & Beauty qualifications. The role requires significant teaching experience and the ability to create an inclusive and supportive learning environment. The Tutor will be responsible for planning lessons, monitoring student progress, and ensuring good outcomes for all pupils. Candidates must have occupational competence in the Hair and Beauty sector and experience working with young people with diverse needs. This position offers a salary of £13,401.16 for 19 hours per week.

We ensure all learning content is tailored to individual needs, interests and aspirations, and all programmes are designed to complement both vocational and academic learner pathways. Through the programme young people are supported to gain the skills required to progress into apprenticeship training, employment or further education.

Develop positive relationships with key personnel in the Catch22 Group. From time to time, work in partnership with other Catch22 staff across the country focused to share best practice, lessons learned, etc.

Salary The FTE :£26,097.00
Pro-rated: £13,401.16
Contract: Part time Permanent, 19 hours per week. (2.5 days, Monday 8.30-12.30, Tuesday and Wednesday 8.30-16.30)
