Why This Role Matters

You’ll tutor 1:1 or in small groups with pupils who need learning done differently — including those with SEN, SEMH, or care experience. Your support will build confidence, engagement, and real progress.

The Role
  • Deliver 1:1 or small-group sessions tailored to each pupil's unique needs
  • Create engaging, confidence-boosting lessons that inspire progress
  • Support learning in English, Maths, Science, or specialist subjects
  • Work flexibly across schools, libraries, community spaces, or pupil homes
  • Track progress and celebrate every success, big or small
What We're Looking For
  • Previous tutoring experience (Primary or Secondary)
  • Ability to teach Maths, English, or Science (other subjects welcome!)
  • Strong understanding of the UK National Curriculum
  • A patient, adaptable, and empathetic approach
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence working independently
  • DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)

A teaching qualification is desirable - but not essential. Experience, compassion, and commitment matter just as much.

Why Join Integra Education?
  • £25 per hour
  • Flexible working - full-time or part-time to fit your lifestyle
  • Weekly or monthly pay - your choice
  • Access to 750+ FREE CPD courses
