Our team welcomes you to the Audi F1 Project. Audi will be competing in the FIA Formula 1 World Championship from 2026. The new team has three locations: the Motorsport Competence Center of Audi in Neuburg (Germany), the Sauber Group's Formula 1 factory in Hinwil (Switzerland), and the Sauber Motorsport Technical Center in the UK, which will be operational this year. Our Power Unit comes from Neuburg, while Hinwil is responsible for chassis development and race operations.

The position is based at Audi Formula Racing GmbH in Neuburg, Germany. Your role will involve working on the combustion process and calibration of a high-performance powertrain, focusing on maximizing engine performance and efficiency while ensuring reliability. You will be involved in development, testing, and commissioning phases.
