Job summary

Optical Express in the UK is seeking a Patient Advisor who will be the first point of contact for patients. You will build relationships, ensure regular communication before and after treatment, assist in consultations, and explain finance options while delivering outstanding customer service.

Using state-of-the-art equipment, you will scan patients’ eyes, help them complete health questionnaires, introduce them to their optometrist, and schedule treatment dates.
