Job summary

Optical Express Bristol clinic is seeking a Patient Advisor to deliver a high-quality, 5-star service while guiding patients through their eye care journey. The role involves building relationships, performing diagnostic eye scans (full training provided) and conveying information to the optometrist.

You will maintain accurate patient records, arrange finance options, and schedule consultations and surgeries with our ophthalmic team, while aiming to exceed personal KPIs and provide world-class
