Job summary

Daish’s Holidays is seeking an experienced Support General Manager to back our General Managers across multiple hotel locations in the UK. You’ll travel between sites to provide operational leadership, maintain high standards, and support teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

The role is multi-site, hands-on and requires flexibility, strong communication, and the ability to adapt to different hotel environments.

Qualifications

• Experience leading hotel teams in busy environments.
• Strong leadership with hands-on approach and hands-on style.

Responsibilities

• Support General Managers with day-to-day hotel operations across multiple locations.
• Travel between Daish’s hotel sites to provide operational support.
• Lead and develop department managers and teams to maintain high standards.
• Monitor guest feedback and resolve issues to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Assist with staffing, rotas, and cost control across hotels.
