Job summary

Daish’s Holidays is seeking a Dining Room Supervisor to support the dining room team and provide friendly, professional service during breakfast and dinner services. You will supervise the waiting team, seat guests, and ensure smooth operations in our all-year-round hotels across the UK.

The role requires leadership, excellent communication and a commitment to high standards of health and food safety, with the opportunity to progress within the hotel group.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality and supervisory duties.
• Knowledge of Health & Safety, Food Safety and Hygiene requirements.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the smooth running of the dining room during breakfast and dinner services.
• Supervise waiting staff and ensure restaurant procedures are followed.
• Seat guests and allocate staff to tables and daily duties.
• Provide a friendly, welcoming and professional service to guests.
• Monitor the quality of service and address issues as needed.
• Communicate with guests about daily specials and kitchen requirements.
• Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure orders and guest needs are understood.
• Help ensure food and drinks are delivered efficiently to standard.
