Daish's is seeking a Full-time Permanent Senior Manager to lead hotel operations, driving guest experience and financial performance in a high-standard environment. The General Manager will oversee labour costs, margins, stock control, and invoicing in line with company procedures.

The role requires hands-on leadership, recruitment ownership, and visible engagement with guests. You will coach department heads, plan rotas, and ensure compliance and safety across the hotel.

Qualifications

• Experience leading hotel operations at a senior level.
• Strong financial acumen with focus on margins and cost control.
• Proven capability to manage stock and supplier invoices.
• Track record of delivering high guest experience and standards.
• Ability to develop and lead large teams across departments.

Responsabilités

• Take full accountability for day-to-day hotel operations and standards.
• Ensure guest experience meets company expectations in all areas.
• Lead planning and delivery of accommodation, food & beverage, and entertainment.
• Act as a visible leader with guest interaction and hosting duties.
• Coach Heads of Department and Duty Managers; ensure delegation and accountability.
• Own recruitment across the hotel and manage rosters four weeks ahead.
• Drive continuous development through required training on the company platform.
• Maintain compliance with policies and safety standards; ready for inspections.
• Oversee budgeting, margins, stock takes, and accurate invoicing per procedures.
• Collaborate with Operations Team, contractors, and suppliers to ensure service delivery.
