Riverside in Bristol is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to assist young customers with complex needs at Britton House. You will connect clients with employment coaches, help with budgeting and benefits, and support their progression toward independence.

The role requires resilience, empathy, and the ability to work as part of a team, with flexible hours including some weekends and potential lone-working scenarios.

Qualificações

• Experience of working with vulnerable people.
• Experience of delivering structured support and risk management.
• Caring and empathetic team player with a resilient, flexible attitude.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and lone working.

Responsabilidades

• Provide support to customers and connect them with employability coaches and other agencies.
• Help manage money, sign up for benefits, and move customers toward permanent housing.
• Maintain accurate records and complete necessary administrative tasks.
• Follow safeguarding procedures and contribute to risk and tenancy management.
