Job summary

Targeted Provision is seeking dedicated SEND Tutors and Teachers in the UK to deliver Maths, English or Science tuition to learners with SEND/SEMH needs, including trauma-informed approaches. Roles are self-employed with flexible hours, and teaching opportunities in person, hybrid, or remote.

Ideally you have 2+ years of teaching experience, QTS/QTLS, Enhanced DBS and references, and you are based in the UK with the right to work. Join a child-centred organisation focused on transforming lives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years teaching experience, ideally with SEND/SEMH.
• Familiarity teaching English, Maths, or Science.
• QTS/QTLS certification required.
• Enhanced DBS and 2+ professional references recommended.
• UK-based with right to work; safeguarding knowledge expected.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person, online, and hybrid tuition to children and young people with SEND/SEMH needs.
• Support pupils across KS1–KS5 with trauma-informed tutoring and mentoring.
• Plan lessons and report progress; provide regular feedback to guardians or local authorities.
