Job summary

Targeted Provision is seeking SEND Tutors and Teachers in the UK to deliver Maths, English or Science tuition for learners with SEMH and SEND needs. Roles include in-person, online, and hybrid teaching, with flexible hours to suit your schedule.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of teaching experience, ideally with SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD, or PMLD in a trauma-informed setting.
• Experience delivering English, Maths or Science tutoring.
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS or QTLS) is required.
• Enhanced DBS clearance and 2+ professional references.
• Based in the UK with right to work, including for remote/online roles.
• Knowledge of safeguarding and creating safe learning environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person, online/remote, and hybrid tuition in Maths, English, or Science to learners with SEND/SEMH needs.
• Plan lessons, track progress, and report regularly on student development.
• Adapt tutoring to KS1–KS5 as appropriate and collaborate with local authorities and schools.
