Job summary

Targeted Provision Ltd is actively seeking SEND Tutors and Teachers across the UK to work with schools and local authorities, delivering Maths, English or Science tuition with SEMH/SEND support. Roles include in-person, hybrid, and remote teaching with flexible hours to suit your schedule.

You should hold QTS/QTLS, have an Enhanced DBS, and 2+ years of teaching experience with SEND. This self-employed opportunity lets you choose assignments while helping raise standards for vulnerable learners

Qualifications

• Experience: 2+ years teaching with SEND/SEMH.
• Subjects: English, Maths, or Science teaching.
• Qualifications: QTS/QTLS.
• Compliance: Enhanced DBS and 2+ professional references.
• Location: UK-based with right to work in the UK, even for remote/online jobs.
• Safeguarding: Knowledge of safeguarding and creating a safe learning environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person, online/remote, and hybrid Maths, English, or Science tuition to children with SEMH/SEND needs.
• Support pupils from KS1–KS5 referred by local authorities and schools with trauma-informed tutoring and mentoring.
• Plan and report lessons and provide regular feedback on student progress.
• Contribute to raising the standard of education for young people with SEND and SEMH needs.
