SENse Learning is seeking tutors and teachers to support children and young people with SEMH and SEND needs. Roles involve in-person, online, and hybrid teaching, delivering flexible, trauma-informed tutoring tailored to EHCPs and risk assessments.

The position covers KS1–KS5 as appropriate, with safeguarding at the forefront. Join a mission-driven team delivering bespoke learning in homes and communities.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of post-NQT teaching experience with SEND/SEMH
• QTS / QTLS qualification required
• Knowledge of safeguarding and trauma-informed practice
• Enhanced DBS and 2+ professional references

Responsabilidades

• Develop strong relationships with children and young people with diverse needs
• Provide in person, online, and hybrid support for SEMH/SEND learners
• Plan and report lessons, and give regular feedback on progress
• Coordinate with local authorities and schools to tailor tutoring to EHCPs and risk assessments
