Job summary

Lancashire Women seeks a compassionate Debt Advisor to join our Advice Team. You will support clients facing debt, creditor pressure, and related costs, using trauma‑informed practice and clear, non‑judgemental communication to explore options and access wider support where needed.

Hours are 37 per week, with the role lasting from September 2028 subject to further funding. The position is open to female candidates only, in line with Equality Act provisions.

Qualifications

• Provide clear, non-judgemental debt advice to clients.
• Help clients understand their debt options and consequences.
• Refer and access wider support services as needed.

Responsibilities
