Citizens Advice Liverpool Limited is recruiting a Debt Advice Caseworker to deliver high-quality debt advice and in-person casework to clients across the Liverpool area. Salary starts at £27,096 per annum as a trainee, rising to £30,106 after six months when training requirements are met.

The role is 35 hours per week with a flexible hybrid pattern: four days in the office and one day at home. Fixed-term contracts run until 31 March 2027.

Responsabilidades

• Mentor and support colleagues to develop debt and money management skills, ensuring clients receive the best possible service.
• Handle complex information to provide high-quality debt advice and casework to clients.
• Collaborate with team, management and external organisations to deliver effective debt solutions.
• Demonstrate flexibility to take on other tasks consistent with the grade as needed.

The Debt Advice Caseworker will provide an in-person high-quality debt advice and casework service to the organisation's clients.

The Debt Advice Caseworker will provide:

• Mentoring and support to their co-workers, which will help develop their skills and expertise in debt and money management service, ensuring they deliver our clients with the best possible service.
• A demanding role, whereby the Debt Advice Caseworker will have the ability to understand and deal with complex information.
• They will work collaboratively with their team, management and external organisations.
• Flexibility is a key characteristic of all our posts, and the post-holder may be asked to carry out other tasks consistent with the grade from time to time.
