Job summary

The Housing Network in Luton, Bedfordshire, is recruiting an experienced Domestic Abuse Complex Needs Team Leader to oversee a specialist service delivering safe accommodation and tailored support to adult survivors of domestic abuse and individuals with complex needs.

You will lead a team, ensure trauma-informed, person-centred support, manage safeguarding and risk, and develop partnerships with local authorities and health professionals to achieve positive outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in domestic abuse, housing, homelessness, or complex needs services.
• Previous supervisory or management experience.
• Strong safeguarding and risk management knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and develop a team delivering domestic abuse and complex needs support services.
• Ensure trauma-informed, person-centered support and safeguarding.
• Monitor safeguarding concerns, service outcomes, and compliance.
• Build partnerships with local authorities, health professionals, and external agencies.
• Provide supervision, coaching, and performance management.
