Job summary

Nottingham Community Housing Association Ltd, through Derbyshire WISH, seeks an experienced Domestic Abuse Manager to lead refuge, outreach and CYP services for survivors. You will provide strong leadership, drive service improvements and maintain safeguarding standards while collaborating with external partners.

The role requires the ability to manage frontline staff within housing/victim services and to maintain resilience under pressure.

Qualifications

• Experience in domestic abuse case management.
• Minimum NVQ Level 3 or QCF Diploma Level 3 in Management or Leadership, Health and Social Care, Housing or equivalent.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop and line manage Refuge, Outreach and CYP teams.
• Manage performance, wellbeing, training and development needs.
• Oversee day-to-day operation and business continuity of refuge services.
• Build and maintain relationships with external partners and stakeholders.
• Ensure safeguarding, health and safety and operational requirements.
• Support recruitment, induction and workforce planning.
