Morgan Hunt UK Ltd is seeking an experienced Team Manager to lead a trauma-informed, survivor-centred team supporting women and children affected by domestic abuse. The role combines hands-on leadership with safeguarding, risk management and partnership development to ensure high-quality service delivery.

The post involves line management of Survivor Advocacy Support Workers, supervision, staff development and active participation in multi-agency forums.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting survivors of domestic abuse or individuals with complex needs.
• Experience in a leadership, senior practitioner, supervisory or management role.
• Strong safeguarding, risk assessment and case management experience.
• Experience working with partner agencies in multi-agency settings.
• Knowledge of homelessness, housing and support options for women and children.

Responsabilités

• Lead the delivery of trauma-informed support to women and children.
• Oversee service delivery, manage risk and safeguarding.
• Develop partnerships and contribute to service improvement.
• Line manage and motivate Survivor Advocacy Support Workers.
• Provide supervision and reflective practice, including case support.
• Support recruitment, induction and staff development.
• Represent the service at multi-agency meetings.
• Support planning, quality assurance and reporting.
• Oversee data collection, recording and reporting.
• Promote health, safety and wellbeing across the service.
• Ensure safeguarding procedures are consistently followed.
