Job summary

Morgan Hunt is seeking a Team Manager for a Nottingham-based service supporting women and children affected by domestic abuse, trauma and complex needs. The role combines hands-on leadership with oversight of day-to-day delivery in a hybrid setup.

You will lead a small team initially, with plans to expand, and play a key role in developing person-centred support and safeguarding practices while advancing into team management.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting individuals with complex needs, including high-risk situations.
• Experience working with domestic abuse survivors in a specialist setting is desirable.
• Knowledge of safeguarding, risk assessment and trauma-informed practice.
• Interest in progressing into team management.

Responsibilities

• Leading and supporting a dedicated team of Survivor Advocacy Support Workers.
• Overseeing day-to-day service delivery and ensuring high-quality, person-centred support.
• Supporting women experiencing domestic abuse, trauma and complex needs.
• Managing safeguarding concerns, risk assessments and challenging situations.
• Providing guidance, supervision and support to your team.
• Building relationships with partner agencies and attending multi-agency meetings.
• Ensuring support plans are effective, outcomes-focused and tailored to individual needs.
• Contributing to service development and maintaining high standards of care.
