Job summary

Lineage is seeking a Transport Supervisor to join the Transport team at Hams Hall, Coleshill. You will work with the Transport Manager to run the operation safely and efficiently, acting as a key contact for drivers and ensuring on-time delivery of services to customers.

Ideal candidates will have transport supervision experience, strong attention to detail, and be comfortable using Excel and a Transport Management System. This is a full-time, on-site role with Monday–Friday shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience in supervising or managing transport operations.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience managing drivers' hours and transport legislation.
• Clear, professional English communication.

Responsibilities

• Allocate drivers to ensure resources meet the operations needs.
• Complete driver wages and holiday administration on time.
• Monitor daily driver activity and paperwork for accuracy.
• Assist with agency bookings, costings and filing of disclosures.
• Monitor driver infringements and ensure they are discussed and signed.
