  • Verify product codes, quantities, and delivery instructions.
  • Schedule deliveries based on availability and route efficiency.
  • Coordinate with planners, hauliers, and drivers.
  • Track deliveries and resolve issues proactively.
  • Maintain accurate data in planning or ERP systems.
  • Report on volumes, performance, and transport KPIs.
  • Ensure legal compliance (e.g. driver hours, weight limits).
  • Handle customer queries and escalate when needed.
  • Support audit documentation.
  • Drive continuous improvement.
