Workman LLP is seeking a Transitions Manager to lead strategic and operational management of transitions in and out of the firm’s managed portfolio. You will build and head an in-house transitions team, shaping the future of transitions management within the business.

The role requires a proactive leader with market-leading expertise in onboarding and off-boarding properties and portfolios, while coordinating with multiple internal teams and clients across the UK.

Formación

• Extensive experience (typically 8+ years) in commercial property management.
• Experience managing and leading significant property transitions in and out of management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with portfolio oversight.

Responsabilidades

• Build, develop and lead an in-house transitions team with coaching and performance oversight.
• Own onboarding and offboarding procedures and drive continual improvement.
• Act as primary client liaison during transitions, maintaining relationships and objectives.
• Coordinate across Property Management, Client Accounting, Data Input, Procurement and Health & Safety.
