Job summary

Workman is seeking a Transitions Manager to lead strategic and operational management of transitions in and out of the firm’s managed portfolio. You will own onboarding and off-boarding across properties and portfolios, building an in-house team and defining procedures for consistent delivery.

You will coordinate with Property Management, Client Accounting, Data Input, Procurement, and Health & Safety, while developing training programs and ensuring high client satisfaction across engagements.

Qualifications

• 8+ years experience in commercial property management.
• Experience leading significant property and portfolio transitions.
• Strong leadership and client relationship management skills.
• Familiarity with property management software and other digital platforms.

Responsibilities

• Build, develop, and lead an in-house transitions team.
• Own onboarding and off-boarding procedures and handover checklists.
• Act as primary contact for key clients during onboarding/offboarding.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across the business to deliver transitions.
• Project manage major transitions with capacity for growth.
• Establish KPIs for onboarding/offboarding and report performance.
