AFH Wealth Management, based in Bromsgrove, is seeking an Adviser Onboarding and Transition Manager to oversee the onboarding and transition of new financial advisers. This full-time, permanent role sits in the Operations Team and focuses on delivering a consistent, risk-aware transition process across acquisitions and growth projects.

Qualifications

• Senior operational/people management experience in financial services.
• Proven ability to lead multiple teams and drive performance.
• Experience with project work and operational steer.
• A strong focus on risk, quality and service delivery.
• Ability to balance strategy with daily delivery and escalate as needed.
• Confident with senior stakeholders and cross-team guidance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Client Services Transition Teams with standardized processes.
• Direct Team Supervisors and staff to meet onboarding priorities and timescales.
• Review adviser inflows from acquisitions to plan transitions and resources.
• Allocate resources to ensure onboarding activity is prioritised and delivered.
• Track KPIs for adviser transitions and report to senior management.
• Coordinate sign-off with Commercial Development and BAU teams after transition.
• Hold regular check-ins with new Advisers to ensure onboarding needs are met.
• Act as escalation point for complex transition queries.
