• An extensive and proven track record in senior transition, programme management, or project management within a large-scale media agency, consultancy, or global organization.
• Demonstrable success leading complex multi-market transitions for large, global clients or multi-market projects.
• Deep expertise in applying project, programme, and change management methodologies to deliver business outcomes.
• Exceptional senior stakeholder management and communication skills with executive-level influence.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen with experience managing complex budgets and profitability.
• Inspirational leadership with proven ability to build high-performing teams.
• Strategic, commercially-minded, able to navigate ambiguity and solve complex problems.
• Familiarity with leveraging AI tools and AI-powered support for project management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own end-to-end transition strategy and detailed programme plans for new clients.
• Lead flawless execution of transition plans across markets and internal functions.
• Serve as primary senior point of contact for client executives and internal leadership.
• Design and implement change management strategies for new processes and teams.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks; develop contingency plans for onboarding.
• Build, mentor, and lead high-performing transition teams in a matrix environment.
